eInduction

This is the master page linking you into all the online induction material. Ideally these tutorials should be completed in order and within the first two weeks.

This is a new format for us as we try to streamline the induction process. Instead of spending a whole day overloading you with information we’ve cut it up into slices. You will be given opportunities before and during shifts to complete the modules.

At present we are working a trust system, completion must be logged by printing to the Our Emergency Department pages. This log should be handed to your educational superviser when completed.

Coupled with the compulsory e-Induction Core Content for junior doctors will be Supplementary eLearning on further presentation such as trauma, medical, surgical and allied specialities. This does not require supervisor sign off in the first few weeks but we encourage you to complete it in the first month.

I hope you enjoy the format.
